Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Real Patio Living. Prices may change without notice and do not include applicable sales tax, delivery, shipping, or additional services unless otherwise stated.

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately represent product colors, finishes, materials, and dimensions. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and natural material variations.

Natural variations in wood, stone, rope, fabric, and other materials are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.

Special & Custom Orders

Special and custom orders are final sale once submitted to the manufacturer or entered into production.
This includes products ordered in a specific fabric, finish, color, size, or configuration. These orders cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Please carefully review all selections and measurements before approving your order.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturer availability, transportation, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for making sure furniture will fit through doors, hallways, elevators, stairways, gates, and into the intended space.

Returns

Standard, non-custom merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is new, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

Return transportation costs are the customer's responsibility. Original delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. Any visible damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Photos may be required to process a claim.

Outdoor Use & Care

Outdoor furniture is designed for outdoor living; however, exposure to sun, rain, humidity, pool chemicals, and other elements may naturally affect its appearance over time.

Proper care and maintenance will help protect your furniture and extend its life.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product. Real Patio Living is happy to assist with eligible manufacturer warranty claims.
